Telegram AI prompts for tasks you actually need

Give the assistant your material, the job to do, the output format and the facts it must preserve. The examples below turn that pattern into messages, summaries and practical plans.

These original prompts are starting points for a text-capable AI bot. Replace the bracketed parts with your own information. Check the result before using it, especially when names, numbers or promises are involved.

Make a message clearer without changing your voice

Rewrite this message in clear, conversational English. Keep my meaning, direct tone and level of detail. Fix grammar and remove repetition. Don't add excitement, sales language, new facts or promises. Give me one version.

Message: [your text]

If the result sounds too formal, point to the sentence that feels wrong. “Use a shorter opening and keep my original last sentence” gives the assistant something concrete to change.

Turn scattered notes into a plan

Organize these notes into a practical plan. Separate decisions already made, tasks still needed and questions that remain open. Don't treat an idea as an approved decision. If a deadline or owner isn't stated, write “not assigned.”

Notes: [your notes]

This is useful after a messy discussion. The important check is whether the assistant quietly turned a suggestion into a commitment.

Explain a difficult paragraph

Explain the paragraph below to someone who understands [what you already know] but is new to [the difficult topic]. Start with the main idea, then give one concrete example. Define only the terms needed to understand this paragraph. Flag anything that cannot be established from the text.

Paragraph: [the paragraph]

Providing your starting knowledge prevents an answer that is either too basic or full of unexplained terms.

Compare two tools from supplied information

Compare these two tools using only the information I provide. My task is [task], my budget is [budget], and I care most about [requirements]. Show which requirement each tool meets, which is unknown and what I should verify before choosing. Don't fill missing details from guesses.

Tool A: [details]
Tool B: [details]

Use current provider details if prices or limits affect the decision. A neat comparison table built from old information is still an old comparison.

Turn a lesson into practice

Use these notes to ask me five practice questions, one at a time. Wait for my answer before giving feedback. Explain the mistake when I get something wrong. Don't introduce facts that aren't in the notes unless you clearly label them as extra context.

Notes: [lesson notes]

The useful part is answering before you see the explanation. If you only read generated questions and answers, it is easy to mistake familiarity for understanding.

Extract actions from a message

Extract the actions explicitly requested in this message. For each action, include the person responsible and deadline only if stated. Keep requests separate from background information. Quote the short phrase that supports each action.

Message: [text]

Check the supporting phrase before putting an action into your own task list. The bot shouldn't decide who owns an ambiguous request.

Ask for a useful second pass

Review your answer against my original request. Identify any added facts, missed constraints or unclear wording. Correct those problems. Don't expand the answer just to make it longer.

This can help with revision, but it isn't a substitute for independent fact-checking.

For longer material, follow the text summary workflow. If you want a repeatable learning routine, use the Telegram and AI study guide.
